Façade Carpenter / Building Envelope Specialist
Location: Midwest-Based | Regional + Select Nationwide Travel
Status: Evergreen — crews are built as work opens
THE ROLE
Field Installers at Construction Ahead USA are career tradespeople, not day labor.
You’ll install commercial building envelope and façade systems on regional projects, with select national travel tied to repeat, qualified general contractors. This work demands precision, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Installing exterior wall and façade systems per drawings and details
Working with fiber cement panels, metal panels, insulation, furring, and attachment systems
Reading shop drawings and understanding installation sequencing
Maintaining jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Traveling with a structured crew when projects require it

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Commercial carpentry or façade installation experience preferred
Comfortable working at heights and in changing conditions
Willing and able to travel when projects require it
Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

HOW WE COMPENSATE
Pay is based on experience, skill level, and travel requirements.
Hourly Pay Range: $20-$35 More if Crew Lead
401k with Company match up to 6%
Overtime: As required by the project and location
