Construction Ahead, USA has completed the exterior metal cladding scope for this 86,000+ sq ft rebrand — transforming a long-vacant retail building into a flagship fitness hub.
The focal brand tower, clad in MBCI FW120 panels (20 ga., without bead) in Bright Red and Midnight Bronze, stands as designed. No VE shortcuts. No scope erosion. A premium system installed to spec, reinforcing VASA’s identity from the street to the skyline.
For the General Contractor: tight shop drawing coordination, early material buyouts, and crews that executed without delay kept the schedule locked in.
For the Client Vasa brand integrity was protected. The tower looks bold, recognizable, and built to last.
