Construction Ahead USA was proud to complete the exterior cladding scope for this high-visibility medical and retail building in New Berlin. Located just 9 miles from Milwaukee, this project adds momentum to our growing Midwest portfolio and reinforces our focus on strong communication, local reliability, and clean delivery.

This wasn’t just installed; it was installed during snow, sleet, and freeze-thaw cycles. Our team hit every layout mark, resolved sequencing issues on the fly, and finished clean.
Reconnecting with Rob Sterr from Anderson Ashton Design | Build was a highlight of this job and a reminder that strong relationships still drive great outcomes.

Construction Ahead, USA has been awarded the exterior cladding scope on a new, high-visibility medical and retail development designed by Anderson Ashton Design | Build. Just nine miles from Milwaukee, this project adds to the growing medical and commercial corridor along W. National Avenue.

Why This Project Matters
