The Project
Construction Ahead has been awarded the exterior envelope on Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers #1421 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The site is at 2236 South 25th East Street, across from Target and south of the Grand Teton Mall.
The general contractor is Embree Construction Group. This is the second ground-up Raising Cane's we have carried with Embree. The first was in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Idaho Falls is the fifth Raising Cane's in Idaho. Meridian opened first, followed by Twin Falls, Coeur d'Alene, and Chubbuck. The Chubbuck grand opening drew two hundred people in a single morning. Idaho Falls is targeted to open in fall 2026.
Construction Ahead's scope is the exterior cladding. Our work follows the structure and dry-in cycle on Embree's schedule.
The Mindset
When you pull up to a Raising Cane's, you know what you are going to get. A friendly greeting. The order taken correctly. A clean place to wait. Good food, prepared the way it is supposed to be prepared. A clean handoff at the window. A reason to come back.
Construction Ahead works hard to make our exchange with national brand partners feel the same way.
Take the order. Get it right.
Hand it off clean. Next order up.
The GC calls. We turn around an accurate, complete proposal. We win the contract. We mobilize on schedule with our own crew. We install to the brand standard. We hand the wall off warrantable. We are off the site before the next trade arrives.
Behind that exchange is the part most subs do not show. Our crews are in-house. The same people who installed the last Raising Cane's are installing this one. Our installers read the plans. They answer the superintendent's questions on site, the same day. Our coordination team runs a repeatable process from the moment the call comes in to the moment we leave the site.
That is what makes the cadence possible.
It is not a slogan. It is the system.

It is the same operating mindset our brand partners run. That is why we recognize each other.
Why Embree Called Back
Construction Ahead has worked with Embree Construction Group across multiple projects and brand programs. We know how their teams run. They know how ours run.
Within that working relationship, Raising Cane's is the brand we have now built with Embree twice. The first was Rock Hill, South Carolina.
We took the order. We got it right. We handed it off clean. Embree called back for round two.

What Happens Next
The site is moving. Bulldozers are working. The fall 2026 opening is on the schedule.

For now, this is the award. The line is moving.
