Modular healthcare construction in Athens, OH for the Athens Medical Campus, with exterior envelope installation by Construction Ahead USA built for durability, performance, and the unique demands of off-site modular construction.

Four stories. Approximately 100,000 square feet. Healthcare use. Off-site modular construction. A building method that changes the sequence, but not the standard.

Our scope included installing the ROCKWOOL North America insulation system and Nichiha’s cladding system for a repeat client.

On a project like this, exterior cladding is not just the skin. It is the part of the building everyone sees, the system that has to manage transitions, tolerances, weather, alignment, and the reality of how modular construction comes together in the field. Oh, and it needs to look great too.

That is where ownership matters.

The building may arrive differently. The exterior still has to finish clean, hold up, and read as one complete system.
