Our crews wrapped field fabrication of the Citadel Envelope 2000® panels and coping, and put the finishing touches on the Hardie® Panel siding, smooth Arctic White, trimmed out in color-matched Fry Reglet FCP reveals.

On paper, this wall is three bid lines. Metal composite panel is one trade, fiber cement is another, and the furring and insulation behind them is a third. On this building, it was one contract, one company, and one phone number. That matters on repeat work with Bancare Inc. Trust is not built in the proposal. It is built when the last project gives a client a reason to call you for the next one.

And this division travels. Over the last couple of years, banking and financial work has put us in twenty cities across thirteen states. None of that happened by accident. The part nobody photographs came first. Engineered steel Z furring with three inches of rigid insulation set between the thermal layer and the straight plane everything else hangs on. The finish takes the compliments. The performance starts behind it.

Both manufacturers put their name on this wall in writing. James Hardie stands behind the panel for thirty years. Citadel stands behind its integral anodized finish for twenty. Our workmanship stands with them, across the full assembly.

Buildings in this sector are meant to stand for decades. The exterior has to look and perform in year fifteen the way it does the week it opens, and that is the standard we work to. Gardendale gets a building made to last. We install for that.
