Winds West
Storage Facility

East Stroudsburg, PA

status: IN-PROGRESS

The solution is alignment.

Winds West is a corridor-driven, multi-level self-storage facility built on a pre-engineered steel system along the Route 209 growth corridor in the Poconos.

This corridor supports more than local residents. It serves:

  • Short-term rental operators

  • Seasonal homeowners

  • Tourism-driven service trades

  • Relocating households from NY/NJ

Storage demand here follows movement equipment, property turnover, contractor inventory, sand easonal transitions.

Different users. Different needs.

Climate control matters to some.

Curbside presence matters to municipalities.

Speed and cost control matter to developers.

That’s where our Value Engineering catalogue becomes practical.

In markets like this, review boards expect brick presence and permanence. Pre-engineered steel demands efficiency and structural discipline.

You don’t solve that by overbuilding the frame or pouring additional foundations just to carry masonry.

You solve it within the load paths.

We are engaged in preconstruction to align the façade strategy with primary frame capacity, secondary girts, deflection limits, attachment sequencing, and envelope performance.

Nichiha Crimson Plymouth Brick delivers brick character without exceeding structural tolerances or compromising the metal building system.

The building retains its efficiency.

The frontage gains architectural weight.

The structural system performs as engineered.
