Retail store renovation in Harwood Heights, IL for Burlington, with exterior envelope installation by Construction Ahead USA completed around an active store and built for durability, performance, and brand consistency.
Burlington's remodel banner went up before we did:
“We're Remodeling, Come Take a Peek.”
So people did, every day. The doors opened on time every morning.
Our scope ran from the sheathing out: our own installers dried the wall in and hung Nichiha USA Illumination panels in custom Burlington Red, trimmed with Tamlyn J-Mold in Panel Match and sealed with Adfast in the same color. The new bold signage lands on that field next.
Diamond Contractors ran this rebrand around an open store, handled the demo, and brought our team on for the exterior.
Architectural Design Guild designed the new front.
