Awarded for the redevelopment of an existing Chase branch into a modern, stand-alone banking facility.
Smaller footprint. Improved drive-thru flow. Updated pedestrian access. All aligned with current parish zoning and engineering standards within an active commercial corridor.
The project is in preconstruction.
Exterior systems are aligned; submittals and shop drawings are underway; samples have been reviewed; VE paths are closed; and labor allocation is set. The materials Basis of Design is locked, removing downstream risk before mobilization.
Support at this stage matters. Nichiha continues to set the standard for how national account programs are supported, enabling decisions to move quickly and stay disciplined once locked in.
