KR Commercial Interiors Inc. has brought our team on to install the perforated metal screen wall and the Longboard battens on the Fairfield Anaheim Resort renovation. This is our third Marriott-brand hotel for them.
None of that is a reason to stay off the mountain. It is the reason the work up here means something.

This one has both.
Rockspring Mammoth is a five-story luxury resort community at Main Street and Minaret Road: 118 residences, a restaurant, and a Nordic-style spa. Our team is installing approximately 100,000 square feet of CERACLAD triple-coated fiber cement rainscreen. The system has 35 years of continuous use, and we are right behind it with nearly three decades of service under our name. No sealant in the panel joints, nothing to recaulk, and a warranty that runs 30 years on the panel and 20 on the finish, written on one condition: the system goes in per the manufacturer's manual. That part is ours.
Our discipline travels to California.
Nobody on this team is a stranger to hard ground. Our in-house labor runs the work. Frost can show up in any month up here, so we clear the planks before anyone climbs, and every safety inspection on this site has passed the first time.
