Superintendent Dave Dean has been on site verifying conditions, closing gaps, and making sure each detail lands true to intent. When questions surfaced, our teams responded early and directly — the way it should run.

LaMacchia’s Project Manager, Chris Delay, kept communication steady on his end, and that alignment has helped the project move cleanly from award into active installation.

Nichiha’s Midwest team also supported the process. Julie Rouches kept the material side clear, and Dan Farsolas backed the coordination that keeps a façade like this moving the right way. With this many textures and colors in one envelope, consistency from all sides matters.
