The Illumination Indigo banding is a custom-color, long-lead Nichiha product. There is no fast reorder. Every cut was deliberate. Every decision had to be right the first time.

This is First National Bank's home. Their customers will walk through those doors for decades. The people of Olney will see this building every day. We knew that going in. That is not a figure of speech. It reinforced the standard we bring to every job.

Construction Ahead USA has been awarded the exterior envelope for the new First National Bank main office and branch in Olney, and our in-house crews are already on site pushing this project forward.

La Macchia Group continues to trust us with their financial facilities, and we take that responsibility seriously. Over the last few years, our teams have strengthened every part of our preconstruction and field coordination process. The results show up on projects like this one steady communication, clear detailing, and field execution that keeps the work moving without friction.

This Project Carries a Full Nichiha Package
Nichiha VintageWood Cedar, Industrial Block Gray, Award Blue, Raven, and Ledgestone Bluff. Multi texture systems leave no room for guesswork. Clean transitions, sequencing, drainage, and alignment all have to run tight, supported by durable powder-coated aluminum trims that complete and complement the exterior lines.

Our in-house coordination team did the heavy lifting up front to get the submittals, shop drawings, and final detailing fully dialed in. Superintendent Dave Dean has been on site verifying conditions, closing gaps, and making sure each detail lands true to intent. When questions surfaced, our teams responded early and directly, the way it should run.

La Macchia’s Project Manager, Chris Delay, kept communication steady on his end, and that alignment has helped the project move cleanly from award into active installation.

Nichiha’s Midwest team also supported the process. Julie Rouches kept the material side clear, and Dan Farsolas backed the coordination that keeps a façade like this moving the right way. With this many textures and colors in one envelope, consistency from all sides matters.

With nearly thirty years of Nichiha experience and a fully in-house labor force, we take projects like this from award to final inspection without drama. Work is underway, and the façade will set the tone for the entire facility.
