The former K-Mart on Bataan Memorial is officially awarded, and our team is already moving. When a building carries this much history, the exterior has to reset expectations for the new use and send a clear message that what comes next is worth walking into. That responsibility starts with how we plan, communicate, and execute.

Our scope will anchor the entry with Nichiha VintageWood Bark from the Wood Series. Warm wood visual with none of the maintenance burden. Strong color stability under the New Mexico sun and weather. A system that holds up to public traffic and pairs cleanly with glass and masonry. It is the right fit for a property that will see thousands of families each week.
