That doesn't happen without upkeep.

Phase 1 of the club's improvement plan is underway now on the East Pool: new exterior trellis and privacy screening, our first project with CAMP Facility Services, a national facility and construction management firm operating since 1978 with 11-plus offices across the country, built around multifamily, condominium, and HOA work.

Nadel Special Projects Inc designed the system for an oceanfront property: Longboard Link & Lock HD trellis fins in Blonde Oak over the fire pit trellis, and Longboard Privacy Screen fencing in Black Oak replacing the old pool safety fence, both specified with stainless steel fasteners built for a marine environment.

One company installs all of it.

A club with a reputation to protect brought in a GC made for this kind of property, and we install exactly what was specified. That is what a quality trade partner is for.

Members will get shade at the fire pit lounge and a privacy fence that finally matches the resort around it instead of standing out from it. When this phase closes out, the East Pool will look like it was built this way from the start.

Marina City Club calls itself "The country club on the water", three curved towers on the marina that were the first high-rises the community ever built. Tennis courts, a day spa, a fitness center, a restaurant, banquet rooms looking out over the marina, it's stayed the standard for resort-style living in Marina del Rey for over fifty years.
