The third-party envelope inspector walked the job site overnight while our crew was still on the wall. One item from the whole job was a single missing fastener, installed the moment it was found.

That was the entire punch list.

Two rivers start in Westborough, the Sudbury and the Assabet. They run their own courses for more than thirty miles, meet at Egg Rock in Concord, and become one river. The watershed behind them runs four hundred square miles, and all of it drains to that single channel.

That is where this store sits and we just finished it.

A general contractor hands out a subcontract for one reason. The result cannot depend on the address or on which crew shows up. The GC gives it to the sub it trusts to hold the standard in every town and every time zone. That trust is ours to earn again every time we mobilize.

We do not claim to be perfect. Nobody honest can. We claim to be responsive, and every part of this company feeds into the final product on the wall.

Estimating prices it. Preconstruction plans it. The Skilled Workman installs it (at midnight so the live store with its customers can shop unbothered).

Retail Construction Specialties did not buy the siding scope. They bought an outcome they could schedule around. One more store closed out.
