Corporate headquarters construction in Lehi, UT for Trove Brands, with multi-system exterior cladding installation by Construction Ahead USA built for durability, performance, and long-term commercial use.

Stout Building Contractors awarded our team the metal and fiber cement siding scope on the new Trove Brands office building at 430 South 850 East in Lehi, Utah.

Trove Brands is the Lehi company behind BlenderBottle and Owala, and their new headquarters is going up just down 850 East from the current one.

Trove Brands put it in Stout's hands.

Stout Building Contractors has delivered commercial work across the Western United States since 2006, licensed in more than 20 states, with corporate offices, schools, retail, industrial, and tilt-up on the resume.

It is a Utah general contractor delivering a Utah brand's headquarters, squarely the kind of work Stout is known for.

Our lane runs behind Stout: roughly 20,000 square feet of siding, turnkey, with Longboard woodlook plank accents and soffits; Alucobond® ACM panels field-measured with 3D scans; Hardie® panels with Fry Reglet reveal trims at the roof decks.

Three cladding systems from three manufacturers go on this building, and on most jobs that means three specialty subs and three of everything that comes with them.

Stout gets one company with the depth and range to carry all three, so every step of this scope happens once:

One prequalification.

One insurance review.

One billing contact.

One submittal package.

One person to call to put the installers on the wall.

Labor is tight across the trades, skilled crews are gathering into fewer companies, and every one on that list is getting harder to find.

Stout locked in all five with one subcontract, and our Preconstruction Department takes it from here.

Stout hands Trove Brands a new building the company will run its brands from for decades. The siding is our corner of that handoff, and it has to hold up its end for all of it.
