The first Shopko in America opened in 1962 on Military Avenue. On June 23, 2019 every store in the country went dark on the same day. This box on Mason Street was one of them.
VASA looked at the empty anchor and saw a gym. Pools, courts, kidcare, recovery. The east side gets a 5 AM home. East Town gets a parking lot that fills every day. Green Bay is lucky to have them.
Every sub knows the GC that hands you drawings and disappears, and the one that picks up the phone. Empire Construction picks up the phone, they never left us guessing.
Before the VASA "V" goes up,

Construction Ahead USA has been selected for the weather-resistant barrier (WRB) and metal-panel cladding for the new VASA Fitness location at 2430 E. Mason Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
This is not a new relationship. Empire Construction runs a clean project. Farnsworth Group sets the standard. We hold it from the first document to the last correction. We lock the cladding and keep it that way.
Same team. Same standard. Different market.
That is exactly how a rollout program is supposed to work.
