The Vasa Fitness exterior is in place in Menasha, Wisconsin. 1700 South Appleton Road.
We installed the cladding scope. MBCI metal panels. Tyvek weather barrier underneath.
The red tower carries the elevation. Midnight bronze trim frames the transitions.
Schedule held. Punch list clean.
Empire Construction is running the build. Another job with their team. When a GC runs that tight, the trades produce.
We did. Winter broke. The crew put it on the wall.
More V's go up before summer breaks.
Michigan. Wisconsin. Iowa. Illinois. Nebraska. Expanding into Colorado.

This project is decided by logistics.
Submittals must clear early.
Materials must be approved, released, and staged ahead of need.
Sequencing must reflect real lead times, not optimistic schedules.
When logistics break down, the exterior envelope becomes the choke point halfway through the build.
When logistics are controlled, the building moves without noise.
Our role on this project is to lock the exterior envelope early so the rollout stays clean as this prototype repeats across markets.
