Materials must be approved, released, and staged ahead of need.

Sequencing must reflect real lead times, not optimistic schedules.

When logistics break down, the exterior envelope becomes the choke point halfway through the build.

When logistics are controlled, the building moves without noise.

Our role on this project is to lock the exterior envelope early so the rollout stays clean as this prototype repeats across markets.
