Structural engineering for our system
Detailing that met the Florida Building Code (FBC 2023)
Full compliance with AAMA, ASTM, and TAS standards
Tight sequencing with overlapping trades at elevation and under pressure

Who We Worked With Matters

This wasn’t a standard build. Riverwalk is a 295-unit mixed-use high-rise, developed by Gables Residential, designed by CFE Architects, and managed by KAST Construction as Construction Manager at Risk.

KAST continues to lead the industry in Florida and was recently ranked #3 on the South Florida Business Journal’s 2025 list of the largest general contractors in the region.
